 An increasing number of developers are using IM to communicate and hash
 out issues.

 I think it would be interesting to design a method by which group
 discussions between registered trac users over IM (such as Jabber) are
 automatically logged as transcripts in Trac.

 For example, a Trac site would have a 'group-room' associated with it.
 Whenever users sign into the group-room, anything they do/say there would
 be automatically logged and outputted (with formatting) on a transcripts
 page.

 Just a suggestion
