 Google has added support for [http://www.google.com/googleblog/2005/01
 /preventing-comment-spam.html preventing comment spam].  By adding the
 attribute {{{rel="nofollow"}}} to a link Google won't give an increased
 page ranking (aka "Google juice") to the site that the link points to.  It
 would be useful for the wiki component to add this to any external links.
