 just a suggestion that the umask workaround for svn should be made easier
 to implement rather than having to change the trac.cgi source code. We
 would like to have a configuration attribute that we can set which would
 allow us to upgrade trac without having to re-edit the trac.cgi every
 time. I realise that we may be only a minority who have this problem but
 it would be a real bonus to offer a solution that didn't necessitate the
 modification source code.
