 When using IE/Win and the current page is TracGuide, the Index entry on
 the table of contents generated by the !TracGuideToc.py macro is not
 highlighted.

 In fact, looking at the HTML it can be seen that the corresponding
 {{{<li>}}} tag does not have {{{class="active"}}}. However, getting the
 page with http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/wiki/TracGuide?format=hdf
 shows {{{args.page}}} to be {{{"TracGuide"}}}, as expected. Pretty weird.

 It works fine with Firefox, though.
