 When viewing a wiki page history diff other than the default WikiStart
 page, changing mode in the "View differences" form brings up a diff of the
 WikiStart page. The problem is that in the template, the form action is
 being set to cgi_location, rather than
 cgi_location/wiki/WhateverTheWikiPageIs.
