Comment:

 "When you update a wiki page the revision is increased and all references
 to this page are although updated with this new revision."
 The version number of that page is incremented, but that doesn't have any
 effect on references to that page.

  "This leads to the problem that the RSS feed marks all pages, where a
 reference to the changed page exist, as changed."
 This is not true. Changing one page doesn't change any other page.

 Please reopen if you can clarify.
