 When using a trac env where I have TRAC_ADMIN or TICKET_ADMIN permission,
 I am sometimes presented with more functionality/power than I need day-to-
 day (delete this page, change ticket description, etc.)

 These clutter the screen, and increase the risk of me changing/breaking
 something accidentally.

 I would propose a function where you have a default set of permissions
 when you log in, and you can switch into admin mode, which will give you
 all of your admin permissions (or the other way round).
