 New, UNACCEPTED tickets referenced in Wiki pages (as #N) are displayed
 with '*' sign - the same sign on tasks lists indicates that ticket IS
 ACCEPTED.

 I suggest change on the list - to make it consistent with Wiki fromatting
 - so '*' should indicate UNACCEPTED tickets, while accepted should be
 displayed with owner name only.
