 Following the change introduced in [1838], where header titles start
 supporting Wiki syntax, a change is required in ![[PageOutline]] macro, so
 that escaped header titles, such as == !WikiSyntax == are displayed
 properly within the page outline division, i.e. without the 'bang'
 character {{{!}}}
