Comment:

 Please try to be more clear when creating a ticket.  From this ticket
 itself it's very difficult to tell what it is you're expecting to be
 configured.

 I think that even adding a TracIni flag to enable Javascript in the Wiki
 is a bad idea.  It may be safe to enable Javascript only on Read-Only Wiki
 pages, since then only administrators would be able to add it to the Wiki.
