Comment:

 We've just started using Trac.  Seems really cool.  This issue would be a
 big one for us, since we're moving from our previous bug tracker which had
 extensive email support.

 Specifically, using the "Settings" email address for notifications, as
 well as initial notification to the owner, would be very well received.
