 I'd like to really disable anonymous ticket creation. In order to do that,
 I'd like to make it convenient for my users to always have their
 information in the "your email or username" area.

 So I'd like a way for non-developers to have an account setup. I'd also
 then like to disable anonymous completely. This would also benefit wiki
 editing.
