 It would be nice if one could use CamelCase with NonAscii. In particular
 [wiki:Wiki_page Utf8]. This ofcourse requires that the system somehow know
 that (for example) Æ is the capital letter for æ in danish. I believe
 there are languages where CamelCase makes little sense, but most european
 languages has a concept of capital letters.
