 In the changelog,
 it's not very interesting to see all this "milestone changed from X to Y",
 "priority changed from A to B".

 There should be a new setting, 'display only comments in history'. If that
 is enabled, the changelog shows only comments, not the attribute changes.
 A button should be added to display the full change log.
