 Subversion comments in the Trac timeline are not updated when they are
 modified via subversions svn propset command.  The developers on my team
 occasionally need to modify a comment associated with a change set.  The
 modified comment show up when using Trac's Browse Source, but the timeline
 is not updated.

 It would be nice to have an easy way to "refresh" the timeline rather that
 having to write a sql statment to manually modify the trac table every
 time a developer messes up a commit comment.
