 source:/trunk/wiki-macros/TracGuideToc.py demonstrates the problem.
 If you view the revision log it defaults to ''stop on copy'' mode.
 If you change this to ''Show only adds, moves and deletes'' and then
 change back to ''Stop on copy'' you are then viewing rev 1636 rather
 than the latest version.
