 This patch removed the trailing / for wiki pages. Currently
 example.com/wiki/SandBox and example.com/wiki/SandBox/ are 2 different
 pages. However, they should point to the same page to keep users from
 being confused. For example if you have example.com/SandBox/Test and a
 user remove /Test from the url in their browser location bar and another
 user removes just Test they should be sent to the same page.
