 Some ticket comments don't show up in the timeline.

 Today (4/Oct/2005) I added two comments to #222 and the Timeline doesn't
 show any of them. I questioned if this happened because the ticket is
 closed, so I added a comment to a closed ticket on my own Trac
 installation (which is running r2322), and it ''did'' make it to the
 Timeline.

 (I don't know what Trac version Edgewall is running, so I chose 0.9b2)
