 Our users requested a link or something simular, that would print only the
 ticket full description. My suggestion is that aditional link for printing
 the ticket would be added under the main nav bar in ticket view! Print
 data would only include ticket data itself, without the commnets and
 attachements, the stuff in the yellow frame :), to put it in short!
