 Romeo, I think these traces show that your static resources are handled by
 the Trac CGI script. Please make sure to carefully read the
 [TracCgi#MappingStaticResources mapping static resources] section, and
 make absolutely sure that the rules actually do what they are supposed to
 do... for example by commenting out the CGI mapping temporarily. The
 static resources should still be served even when the CGI isn't running.
