 You can see in the attachment bugshot the funny characters instead of
 cyrillic text in the comments' dates.
 Guess it's related to wrong recoding local date to the UTF8.

 BTW: I have below entry in the trac.conf. Source browser works normally.

 default_charset = windows-1251
