 I just noticed that now, but shouldn't the sort on file names
 and directory names be done in a '''case sensitive''' way?

 This is what the `ls` command does, on UNIX  but also
 in Windows using cygwin.

 The change would be trivial to make, but I open this ticket for
 discussing the topic.
