 In the timeline RSS feed, a "ticket closed" or "ticket reopened" entry
 shows only the ticket number and the username. This detracts from the
 usefulness of the feed. Without the ticket summary I can't quickly triage
 which entries to look into more closely, when scanning through the feed.
