Comment:

 Fixed in r3092.

 Note that if you had specified the charsets using the `svn:mime-type`
 property,
 and appropriately reflected the charset changes in your rev. 67, even with
 r3092 you wouldn't see a content change.
 I believe this is the proper behavior, as you'd see relevant prop change.
