 1. commit a new log into the svn repos with revsion 10
    have look at the Timeline and the Changeset 10

 2. svnadmin setlog /path/to/repos/ -r 10  /path/to/logfile

 3. trac-admin /path/to/trac-site resync

 Resyncing repository history...
 Done.

 go back to Timeline and the Changeset 10, the log in the Timeline changed,
 but not in changeset 10.
