 It is possible that the person who is the owner of a component is not
 avaible. Vacation or s.th. else. In this case, nobody gets notified about
 new tickets.

 It would be a nice function to allow the user to set a redirect for all
 his messages to someone else (in his profile?). Maybe even to redirect
 everything with a specific priority.
