 WebAdmin does not manage milestones, as milestones can be managed from the
 TracRoadmap interface.

 However, this interface does not allow to assign a default milestone to
 new tickets.

 This ''default milestone'' setting could be added to the TracRoadmap
 interface. However it seems it would be better to implement it in the
 WebAdmin plugin, as this is the only component that may change the
 `trac.ini` file.

 Btw, these kinds of settings might also be stored in the DB rather than in
 the `trac.ini` file.
