 I would suspect that the

 [[Timestamp]]
 }}}
 macro embedded into trac should be to ISO standard...yes?  Currently it's
 not.

 If the team is resistant to changing the current Timestamp script, perhaps
 add an additional script to show the "standard" format of a timestamp?
