 Changing the project name in trac.ini does not affect the automatically
 generated project list, you have to restart the web server. I'm not sure
 if this is specific to the FastCGI frontend, but I'm using
 LigHTTPD+FastCGI and another user saw the same problem with
 Apache+FastCGI.
