 We use Trac for logging defect tickets with our web-based product.  It
 would be nice to be able to use drop-downs to capture the environment
 where a problem was found, such as OS version, browser name and version,
 problem found in production or test, etc.  The idea of custom drop-down
 lists comes to mind, if not already implemented.
