 While testing my new trac install I noticed that my text file attachments
 with spaces in their names would upload (but only after i put some content
 in them, empty files didn't upload), but after logging in as admin I could
 not delete files that had spaces in their names (the button for deleting
 the files didn't appear, however I was able to delete other files with one
 word names).
 I put two test files on the sandbox start page.
 Ultimately to delete the files I had to manually go into the attachment
 table in the db and remove them, as well as remove them from the
 filesystem.
