 I have done the following steps and encounter the problem:

  1. Upgrade from 0.8.4 -> 0.9.3
  1. Click [View Tickets] tab, select a ticket, and click the [Delete]
 button.
  1. Error occurs with message
     * Trac detected an internal error:
     * 'module' object has no attribute 'row'
