 The "Preview" button builds a preview of the ticket without storing it
 (with the exception of attachements which are not sent to the server until
 the ticket is actually submitted). A previewed ticket is not saved on the
 server side - which means that you cannot store it as a draft - but you
 can still check the links, the formatting and so on.
