 I just noticed a new form of spamming on Trac ... attachment spamming.

 e.g. attachment:wiki:TracReports:buy-hydrocodone.htm

 We should filter on the attachment name
 and the attachment comment, at least.
 Not sure about the content itself, probably should be filtered too.
