 If I'm on a milestone's wiki page, http://www/trac/milestone/XYZ, I'd like
 to be able to easily make a new ticket for that milestone by clicking a
 "New ticket for this milestone" link.  It would take me to the regular
 ticket entry form, but with the given milestone filled in, and perhaps
 other default values as well (but that presumes that each milestone could
 have a set of ticket-defaults, so maybe that's more work).
