 Lets say you use tracd to host only one project named projname. The URL to
 that project is http://localhost/projname. The page http://localhost gives
 a list of availible projects and only projname is availible. Therefore I
 think that http://localhost should automagically redirect to
 http://localhost/projname when only hosting one project.
