 Right now Trac has it such that the Submit/Preview/Edit/Delete buttons are
 on the bottom of each wiki page. This can get quite annoying for large
 pages as a user has to scroll down 10km to reach the "Edit this page"
 button.

 It'll be quite easy to make it so these buttons appear at the top of a
 wiki page also.
