 The form entries in "Settings" and "My Account" should be lined up.  To be
 consistent with other parts of trac, the field name should be right
 justified and the text box should be left justified.

 for example, "Settings" now looks like:

 Name: _______
 Email: _______
 }}}

 Instead, it should look like:

 {{{
  Name: _______
 Email: _______
 }}}
