 InterTrac would benefit from copying/moving a ticket or a wiki page to
 another trac instance or to the same trac instance. this would make sense
 in the following cases:
  * a ticket was opened in the wrong instance (it does not belong to pec,
 but to track-hacks)
  * a ticket contains a lot of things, and was solved partially. a new one
 should be created to track the rest of the issues.
  * the same applies to wiki pages.

 an extension would be to also adjust the existing links to that ticket or
 wiki page, like in all tracs known via intertrac-map.
