 Sorry for not being clear, was kinda rushed

 After logging in, in Settings have a option to check mark

 [] Alert me whenever there is a new ticket via mail

 Since we don't have any kind of alert when someone submits a ticket,
 besides timeline but thats kinda not exactly an alert
