 ignore_auth_case is a very practical feature. even better it would be if
 permissions would be also checked case insensitive (same conversion on
 login name and on subject name).

 current case is: with the option turned on, login name become lower case.
 if there are permissions already entered with mixed/upper case, they are
 invalid after turning on the option.
