Okay, this stuff is probably in the RPM as well, but I haven't worked
with any RPM's. Try and see if you can find the contents of the RPM
and go from there, otherwise:

- Download http://www.clearsilver.net/downloads/clearsilver-0.9.12.tar.gz
- Unpack it
- Navigate into clearsilver-0.9.13/python/
- Run 'python setup.py install'

That should install the Python bindings for ClearSilver...
