Japanese.
You can get it from following URL.

Trac-ja is distributed under the license of GNU GPL as well as the original.
We don't provide any support about trac-ja.

Only the templates directory and the wiki-default directory are included 
in trac-ja.
To use trac-ja, extract original trac and overwrite these directories.
