What happens when submitting a new ticket, adding an attachment, or 
creating a new report or milestone? What page do you get after form 
submission?

Can you maybe inspect the HTTP traffic, using sth like LiveHTTPHeaders, 
ieHTTPHeaders or Fiddler?
