[Trac] How To Set Up Trac On IIS 5

I'm trying to set up Trac (latest rev. from trunk) on IIS 5.
All I did was replace
env_path = os.getenv('TRAC_ENV')
with
env_path = 'C:\\path\\to\\trac.db'
inside env.py, because the redirect probs seem to be gone for good (thanks
Christopher!).
Then I installed Trac and updated the DB.
Now, whenever I click a link inside Trac the URI is displayed correctly
inside the browser's address bar but I never get redirected to another site
than the welcome page.

Any help appreciated.
