Ok - I took the dive and posted my comment.

 

For future spam conscious people, trac will not show your email address
(although I did not put it in the "username or email" box).

Ahhh.  Sorry about the repost, but surely this is not a hard question.
Am I able to create a user on the trac site?  If so, how? 

 

When I post a comment, does it use the settings in "Settings and Session
Management" screen?
