[Trac] creating new reports

Click on "View Tickets".  Below the Trac bar is "Custom Query" and to
its left should be a link "New Report".  If you don't see the link use
trac-admin to give yourself the REPORT_CREATE permission (or you'll
probably want REPORT_ADMIN for all report permissions, or even
TRAC_ADMIN which gives you all permissions).

If you want to start from an existing report, you can also open the
report, then click the "Copy" link up near the other report actions.
