I think that SilverCity should take precedence simply because it's a
library and thus can be used without spawning another process and
piping the result back into python.
At some point in the future though, we'll want all this mimeviewer
stuff to be configurable without having to edit the code, though. This
is also important if you want to add file types that are supported by a
mime-viewer, but not registered (such as having ClearSilver templates
displayed as HTML files by SilverCity).
