[Trac] mantis2trac.py - Mantis Bug Importer

Greetings!

I've recently migrated my company's development system from the PHP  
Mantis bug tracker to the excellent Trac system instead. To that end,  
I authored a mantis2trac importer by building off of the source code  
for bugzilla2trac. Please include this in the contrib/ section of  
your next release and start luring more wayward Mantis users toward  
the light.
