Trac WebAdmin (was Re: [Trac] License Change)

Sometimes it helps when you start a fresh day with a good cup of
coffee...

It turned out to be that the TRAC_ADMIN permission needs to be in
capitals... I had it inserted like trac_admin.. That does not work.

It works now!
